A.  The NCBTMB only allows 3 courses to be submitted with their initial Approved Provider Application.   However, once an individual or organization has become an Approved Provider all of the courses they offer are accepted for CE renewal requirements.   From the NCBTMB website "1Courses Posted: This listing is not intended to be the definitive list of possible courses available for continuing education. To view a full listing of the provider's continuing education courses, check their website."

Q.  My order was declined. Now what?

A. www.CELMT.com does not approve or decline any orders. Only the bank that issued your credit card can do that. When a charge is declined, it is usually because your contact information on file with the credit card company differs from that which you entered when attempting to purchase your course. Either that or the credit card number or expiration date was entered incorrectly. Update your information with the credit card company and place your order with us again.

Q.  Can I copy your course material to teach or distribute to others?

A.  No. All the course material offered on this website is copyrighted. All rights are reserved.

Q.  How can I update my personal contact information with you?

A. Log into the site using the UserID and Password that you registered with www.CELMT.com. Then click on  'My Account'; you can update all of the registration information.
